The Couche Paper is a material made from paper, due to its absorption property this material allows the ink to adheres easily on it. This is usually white but it can be metalized or fluorescent. Also, the couche paper can be adhesive or non-adhesive.
This material is commonly used to make labels for those products that won’t be exposed to adverse conditions and requires to keep a balance between the price and the quality of the product. For products that will be exposed to adverse conditions, the couche paper is protected with laminates.
