The Piggyback labels consist of two layers, in which the first one can be lifted up multiple times (with the usage of a special varnish and adhesive) to show the second layer.
These labels are made of couche paper, polypropylene, or a combination of both materials. They are mainly used in the Health & Nutrition market. They can be made in almost any shape, have multiple colors, varnishes, laminates, or even foil and silkscreen on the first layer. Although the second layer can have multiple colors they are usually of a single color.
